The risks of PRP

Although no risk from blood-borne disease from someone else since PRP involves the injection of your own blood. There are some things you might experience after the treatment; Specifically Scalp Tenderness, Pain, Swelling, Headache, Itching, or bleeding.

Immediately after the procedure, it is important that you don’t wash your hair for about a day. Avoid scalp massage for the next two days. Be on the alert of any sign of infection such as fever, redness, speeding rash, contact the doctor immediately. Some people do develop some Calcification and scar tissue that forms on the injection sites. Although minimal, It is important to know the risks with cosmetic PRP treatments.
